Open just on weekends, we are a husband and wife team and we make around 35 traditional bakes by hand using 2 domestic ovens in our Lincolnshire home kitchen.
Our base menu stays the same for a calendar month and we add additional guest bakes to the counter depending on the ingredients we are able to source. We also make a range of gluten free bakes.
Choose from the counter on the day you visit or preorder your bakes by midnight Thursday if you want to guarantee getting your hands on your favourites

food allergies & intolerances
ALL of our traditional bakes are made by hand in the same kitchen using the same equipment in an environment where all allergens are used including but not limited to NUTS, PEANUTS, EGGS, MILK, SOYA, SESAME & GLUTEN. We take all the necessary steps to reduce the risk of cross contamination but we cannot guarantee any of our products are free from traces of these allergens.
