Victoria Sandwich Cake
Our Victoria Sandwich Cake is made with our classic vanilla sponge baked with organic flour, homemade Madagascan vanilla bean extract, real butter, whole milk, and filled with our homemade pure strawberry compote, vanilla bean buttercream, and finished with a dusting of icing sugar.
Storage: if not serving straight away, store your Victoria Sandwich Cake in an airtight container in the fridge or wrap in clingfilm and pop in the fridge. Bring back to room temperature before enjoying a slice. Best enjoyed within 3 days of delivery.
Ingredients: Sugar, Butter (MILK), Salt, EGGS, Flour (WHEAT, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Thiamine, Niacin), Raising Agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), MILK, Vanilla, Alcohol, Strawberries, Icing Sugar; Tricalcium Phosphate (Anti Caking Agent)
